Absolutely 0 support after i paid for…

Absolutely 0 support after i paid for my card passed 6 months still not delivered. Then from the support team we are gonna send you new one with new code Absolutely nothing, again request to support team then technical issue. Very unprofessional website pure scam just waste of your money of you decide to buy from Crypterium you cant even cash out or transfer them

Beware! My withdrawal is still pending passed 48 hours. Ticket ID 225455, customer support keep on saying they have passed it to Technical Team. I can’t cancel the transaction, and I can’t withdraw either.

SCAM! Runaway from Crypterium! THIEVES

I ordered the plastic card from them. They took € 15 from me to issue a card. It would all be fine but i couldn't load the plastic card. It says "account cannot be payloaded". I wrote to the support and they replied that everything was fine on their part. But the problem remained. I wrote to them several times but they stopped responding. The ticket is still open but no one responds. Suddenly I can't log in to the app on my phone. It says "internal server error try again in 5 minutes". And ...

first of all there cards system is suck they don't delivery to most of countries even France,EGYPT they will Refuse to send and telling you not allowed even they said it's allowed on there site - There Virtual Cards are suck you getting it after 20 minute and you need to load it from your balance losing fees, and the cards it self refused by most of websites - after you put some money there! you will find out the minimum to cashout ( take your money ) is 50$ !! 50$? so i had 52$ they ...

They block my account and they dont answer to ticket! i want to withdraw my money ! scam 100% dont use Ticket: 222079

App works fine but exchange has problems

App works fine, however for some reason I cant seem to exchange money on the IBAN. It confirms that I exchanged but then nothing happens. Transaction history doesnt change and now my money is locked on the iban because they dont support payout to bank yet. Would be nice if support could help me, maybe i will change the rating.

one of the worst crypto app first of all they dont allow people to withdraw crypto to different platform and second there virtual card is pathetic they dont display expiry date and cvv when we want to see full details they say they have OTP which never comes and support team is pathetic they give same reply that they will notify when problem is resolved for which i have been waiting for almost three months

Horrible Customer Service. Won’t release my funds!

I bought $100 worth of Litecoin and when I tried to transfer it they told me they froze my assets and won’t release my funds until I send a screenshot of my bank and a picture of me with my ID. I did both and they still refuse to release my funds. Will update if they do.

Horrible customer support & their app is full of bugs, I wouldn't recommend anyone uses crypterium and their awful site.
