I have had multiple problems ever since thecrypto.app transferred my account to crypterium. They say their service is broken and can't send my SMS message so I can reset my password to get into my account to withdraw my very small amount of funds. I think I'm over 60 emails back and forth maybe more with still no resolve. I commonly get emails that ask me stupid request for instance, "please send a picture of the locked account" like they don't know what's going on when I've done that ...

These guys make you jump through hoops to register an account. Finally it is done and you load funds only to be told that further documentation is required including 6 months bank statements and proof of income tax number. This is personal information that you do not want sent anywhere in case of identity fraud. Especially after the fact you have already supplied a copy of passport and identification docs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

It is simply impossible to get through their KYC process, even tho I have followed their instructions to the letter. My KYC documents got approved twice, then rejected a while later for no reason... Their customer service answers me template messages, and was not able to provide a solution.
