This company is a fraudulent company.

As soon as you transfer the money to your IBAN, you block our cards and accounts, and support doesn't talk about anything. It actually asked me back. It's very ridiculous. I blew my money and I will sue them and burn them all up.

Scammed by crytperium?

After depositing 699 XRP no funds received on account, after 15 days and chats with support they keep saying "Our *EXPERTS* are working on it" I dont understand it i deposited to that address 5 billion times and one time it fails, i provide the txn id and everything and get 0 help from support, so now looks like crypterium SCAMMED my 699 XRP #233228

However I had a problem a couple of days ago with them taking money from my regular bank account after my deposit failed for some reason. If security is that important to you…

If security is that important to you why do you not have a secure way to send ID information to you besides just using email?.. which we know is not secure... email can and is hacked and that is why financial companies, like Fidelity for example, and other crypto wallets and exchanges i have worked with, have setup a means to upload directly any identification information. In this marketplace ID theft is a real threat and Crypterium falls short in this area..

I am an investor in this company, and I start regretting my investment. They are not professional at all. CRYPTERIUM is blocking user accounts, blocking the money, and waiting for you to send them documents, all fine by here. Still, after you send them documents, they will ask you to go and certify those documents instead of checking the records. My advice for all of you is AVOID!

I love Crypterium

I don’t know where you guys are getting these bad experiences from. First you just have to verify yourself, verify your card, and increase your limits. When you do that, buying and withdrawing works like magic. I use Crypterium everyday! The fees are a bit high, but better than most app and the speed is just superb. My country can’t get a card yet. But I’m waiting, support was fast. I hope I don’t have issues with Crypterium. I love them

Firstly - This is not a scam account or paid review. Secondly - I'm a member of 30 Crypto Exchanges. Yes you heard that correctly, 30 Exchanges! Not all coins you require are on the one exchange :) Thirdly - I only leave reviews on accounts where I have great experiences with the Customer Service Teams. Exchanges where I've had terrible experiences with, I don't even bother leave a review. The frustration with some exchanges I've had dealings with, it's not even worth my time and effort ...
