I was one of the first people to join. But the team is mafia. Why? Because when i did try to withdraw some coins the ask me bank statements, all the cards i use in the past to prove it was me. But immagine if one of the card was expired or lost. You don't need to ask all this. The blick my funds for 2 months. For me they are mafia. They don't give you free choice.

SCAM!

SCAM! It took about 30 tries to to validate the ID. It then took over 2 months for the card to arrive but it failed to active. I had to pass verification again! 6 tries later it passed - but the card would still not activate! Support says they do not service my country - but took the money and sent it anyway! They then refused to refund. The wallet also refused to send my BCH!

They changed regulations and ask me to restart KYC process. But it does not work, in the meantime i don't have access to the funds and the credit card is in a limbo. Update: Finaly KYC passed through my card still in the limbo. Hope one day the support team manages to get it right.

This app is chaos

This app is chaos This app is chaos. And the people who work there are not professionals. You need to constantly check if you are not being overcharged, they charged me 600 Euro for 2 payments that were rejected by the vendor. This was on October 01, since then they haven't refunded me. They keep saying I was refunded on October 03, which is absolute nonsense because it was never shown in the balance. I have asked so many times to show me the refund and they leave me hanging. Do not use this platform

Do not use crypterium at all if you value your money. I cant even log into the website and I have been trying daily. The app works but will not let be move the eth I do have to another wallet as wells as cash out. nothing works. stay away from here. There are way better options for crypto purchases. Luckily I do not have much invested in the platform.

They steal your money

They steal your money company stole my tokens, I was told they redistributed my tokens , without my approval. they claim they tried to contact me but couldnt. so by default that should mean just leave them in my wallet

They has a website platform where my tokens were to be heald. they made some changes over the years and after speaking to a managing dev i was told my coins were redistributed to active members for supporting the project. so basically I was one of the OG supporters who bought ICO and left tokens to HODL. ERC20-BEP SWAP doesn't work well

ERC20-BEP SWAP doesn't work well this feature is important for many USERS. I have a very few exchanges that can buy CRPT token except for the way buy on APP. But i do not use almost exchanges cause of too much expensive TX FEE(Withdraw FEE) ,over 100$ worth. this mean only way to buy CRPT token in market, Binance-DEX is a answer not others. Bep2 Swap feature should fix immediately i think.

App stole my data

App stole my data! Company claims to provide services to countries often underserved, false! No country restrictions are posted on google play download page. No restriction alert after inital KYC. No restrictions alert while completing second phase of KYC. Only told not able to use the services after Full KYC and needing to contact customer service. I can't get my data back, submitted passport and other data. Stolen!!!

First & last time I'm using Crypterium...

My first time using Crypterium and probably the last. I transferred some crypto to my Crypterium wallet and the transaction has not showed up in my Crypterium wallet. I have contacted customer support on several occasions with screen shots and provided them with all the information they asked for. It's been 4 weeks, still not resolved. I contacted customer service again and asked for an update or eta with a resolution. All I got told was the "experts are working on it".
