Easy to understand and use
Easy to understand and use. I would like to redesign interface of the main app page: information banners and features (like deposit page in app) are mixed. It is not a good UI/UX pattern I think.

The app is excellent
The app is excellent. Offers safe and makes the safekeeping of cryptocurrencies much easier. In addition we can put it into savings to receive income. Very good.

Ok User Experience
I’ve had an ok user experience so far with Crypterium. When I wanted to pull my money as a US based user I was unable to do so and had to pay fees to swap the coin to USDC in the meantime. I contacted them and also never hear back.

Disappointing and Frustrating - Customer Support
I've been working with customer support and the technical team to resolve a bug when cancelling the savings account and staked crpt token. Unfortunately it has been weeks and I'm still missing over HALF of my tokens after cancelling their savings account. The site and app constantly have issues logging in and I find it not very intuitive. Products and services are slim and cost extra. ❌❌❌ Beware ❌❌❌. You will not have access to your crypto. They do not operate in 170 countries. Not even close. The card is impossible to use. They block your account for no reason and lock your funds. Take months to resolve if you are lucky. Look at the patterns of good reviews. All same day. They emailed me last year and offered 5 crpt for good reviews here and App Store. Please research before using. Hello I have read and seen bad reviews about this company on YouTube. I can actually say I have not had any problems with this company. My withdraw and exchanges of funds have been excellent. Their fees are are reasonable if any. I think they are a great company. Transactions are easy to navigate and process. I hope they are a successful company. I will continue to use them.
