I am extremely disappointed that the K1…

I am extremely disappointed that the K1 tax document for my CrowdStreet fund investment (series V) will not be available until September. I anticipated that K1s from real estate partnerships would arrive late in tax season and possibly create the need to file extensions some years, but September is ridiculous. I will not invest in any other funds on the platform and would advise others to consider this issue. This issue should be prominently disclosed by CrowdStreet.

Most things are done well

Most things are done well, still a little too much time between approval of each step, especially funding. Very disappointed in Crowdsteet Blended Portfolio II. 1) K-1's for my 20 individual CRE investments are to me by April 15th, the portfolio should not take til September 15th. 2) Before investing, investors were told we would not have to file individual state K1s then after you had our money you reversed on that. Overall very good except in Jan/Feb.

Overall very good except in Jan. and Feb was terribly bad. We were locked out of every investment we tried to make even though we had already invested about $500,000. System kept giving us all kinds of erroneous reasons why we could not submit our offers, i.e. you didn't have our address and we were not approved to bid on this offer, etc., etc., etc. It is better now with good and frequent offerings.

Nothing is perfect - so a 4.5 out of 5 would be most appropriate. Crowdstreet offers investment opportunities in a variety of real estate sub-categories but focuses on the most relevant ones in the respective economic environment. Over the years, offering sizes have increased and sponsor tenure and reputation have improved. The investment process is straight forward and, with the new visual support, highly intuitive. A fantastic portal for finding and tracking direct commercial real estate investments

CrowdStreet has been a fantastic tool for me to find and track my direct commercial real estate investments. It adds an extra layer of diligence to increase my confidence in the investments presented. Additionally, it makes tracking all my investments in one place very simple and easy.

Looking forward to continued features expansion

Looking forward to continued feature expansion on the portal for both end users and sponsors. Would like to see some integration functionality with other third party service providers for better accounting/data set work flows.

Some of the project sponsors are not…

Some of the project sponsors are not good. I don't mean the project return is low. I mean the quality of the sponsors, being responsive, showing respect to investors, communication effectiveness.

Generally very satisfied, but CrowdStreet has a ways to go with consistency in how sponsors communicate with investors post-closing. Communications from sponsors varies greatly. The intention of having a single portal for communications between investors and sponsors is inconsistent. I find I am updating the CrowdStreet portal with important information such as address changes and updated banking information for distributions and many sponsors simply do not check the CrowdStreet portal or ...

Great Platform!

The platform is incredibly easy to use. Crowdstreet has done an incredible job of streamlining what is typically a very laborious process to make CRE investments possible for individuals. They do a great job vetting out the best sponsors and investment opportunities, bringing only the best deals to the marketplace. Also, having a unified view of all your portfolio investments along with all documents in one place helps keep you very organized
