Platform is still good but investment…
Platform is still good but investment oppty are difficult to get in. Looks like you may have too much demand and no supply. I have participated in 12 deals across different geography and assets. Performance: Just ok. Though we are facing unprecedented times none have performed exceptionally well and some deals are struggling. Transparency: CS can do better. The Crowdstreet platform is really solid and makes the investing experience as simple as it can be. I also appreciate the portfolio feature, which aggregates the different investments and lets you see all investment details, distributions, communications, and tax documents in one place. I wish all of my investments could be put on their platform!

Very disappointed in the Falcon Point…

I appreciate the deal selection available at CrowdStreet and have not found any other crowdfunding sites with the same variety. I also appreciate the wealth of information provided for each offering. However, I find CrowdStreet lacking in customer service. It is nearly impossible to speak with someone without waiting a day or more, if at all. Email questions are not always answered either. In a recent offering, I applied before it sold out, but was still not permitted to participate. It ...
