Does Crowdstreet have a clear vision?

I originally connected with Crowdstreet as a way to participate in Real Estate investments. I have largely held off investing because the early funds have not turned out to be managed as they were advertised, and as Crowdstreet grew rapidly, I became uneasy with the vetting process which Crowdsteet said was very tough and thorough. I think the pressure to bring deals to the table proved in numerous cases that this wasn't the case. I didn't really hear a "repentance" type of acknowledgement ...

CrowdStreet Networking event

Ability to network with fellow investors as well as gain insight into Crowdstreets thoughts on the economy with the incoming administration. Having Knightvest Capital attend and speak was also a nice touch. I would highly recommend continuing to bring in sponsors to future meetings.

Excellent All-in-One CRE Investing Platform

CrowdStreet has been my primary source of CRE investment opportunities for almost a decade. They take great care in terms of which deals they bring to the platform, how they are presented, and in orchestrating and centralizing the investment process, follow-up and monitoring. Having everything in one place via CrowdStreet is another huge plus.

The platform offers a wide range of investment opportunities with varying types, risk, and return profiles. The platform is also evolving and growing to better meet the needs of investors. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!!. After my wonderful experience with "BULLEDGE I have gotten to understand that CS is a scam company fronting to be legitimate. They always come up with an excuse to to approve your draw out request. I have done everything according to their rules but have gone against their promises and suspended my account. Do not trust them.
