"Good once you've onboarded, but the UX is a bit finicky"

What do you like best about Crowdin? Since migrating to Crowdin, I've received requests from multiple people to add their contributions. The UX for translators is better than github/yaml. The github integration works well, though editing the source strings using it seems to sometimes remove existing translations when I didn't want it to. What do you dislike about Crowdin? What do you like best about Crowdin? A synchronization that works very well with GitHub that allows to automatically update the different words or phrases to be translated and vice versa.
