The interface is very approachable, there are many options that make proofreading and translating quicker and easier, the platform is organized very well and I like it a lot! What do you dislike about Crowdin? The built-in chat feature is not fleshed-out, a new group is created whenever I try to add a user to an existing group and that isn't convenient. What do you like best about Crowdin? First of all even before our subscription, we were able to find support very quickly every time we had a question. The in-context module is very helpful for us, where our translators or customers can translate our product in live reaction. We have the system for a couple of years now and every time we need anything new, we get an immediate support and we always get an answer. What do you dislike about Crowdin? They are very helpful and always available. ...

What do you like best about Crowdin? Translation Memory, Glossary, mobile-friendly UI, and UX-friendly proofread flow. What do you dislike about Crowdin? Not UX-friendly for importing translations to Crowdin or exporting translations to other platforms. What problems is Crowdin solving and how is that benefiting you? Translation Memory helps check how the previous people translate this vocabulary.
