"UI Friendly! Awesome Tool For Gathering Content!"
What do you like best about Crowdfire? I love being able to schedule posts weeks ahead. It saves me so much time, and I can give my clients' projects the attention they need.

Great when using it for more than one business.
PROS: Crowdfire has been helpful in making an analysis of my current demographics and audience. I get to know which audience is following me in return, comparing fans of my organization to that of people who are following me back, and which accounts I have are inactive. Its inactive following functionality is handy. It cleans account that are related to me and those that have been pro-actively managed.

Malicious, offensive, threatening, obnoxious.
Malicious, offensive, threatening, obnoxious. This company has been spamming our business through many channels for MONTHS. We have received offensive and threatening messages through email, linkedIn, and through our website messaging app. Due to the nature of these messages, we have contacted authorities and are seeking legal action.

This thing is a great way to ultimately track your genuine social fans.
PROS: Get to see who's following you in return. Know who's unfollowing you. Get a keen idea as to who generates an engagement the most. You're able to seek users out swiftly in your audience and unfollow them (if needed). CONS: While the UI does function wll, they can work on other areas too. For instance, they need to up the ante in enhancing the user experience.
