What do you like best? Syncing session information and registration information from cvent software was good What do you dislike? Event App

What do you like best? Easy to use and keeps everyone in the loop What do you dislike? updating and sending alerts from my iphone, you really need an ipad or laptop to manage the back-end. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make it more mobile friendly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helped us save paper.

User Friendly

What do you like best? We started using CrowdCompass two years ago for our conference app and have been amazed with how user friendly it is! We can add information, modify text, and review attendee info easily. What do you dislike? I wish the app was even more customizable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The best aspect is the representative assigned to help with our app - they always answer our questions!

Ease of use

Helpful tool for our events

What do you like best? I like the event app and all it's features. It categorizes all the info for attendees and we can upload all the documents and presentations in one place. I find it user-friendly. What do you dislike? The event apps are not as intuitive for everyone. Attendees will register with emails they don't have access to while at the event and it causes confusion and extra troubleshooting for the administrators. The best customer service ever!

What do you like best? I love the customer service!! I also love how they walk you through each step of starting up your app and making sure that you have everything that you need in order to get your app finalized. What do you dislike? We had some issues with getting our map set up in the app, but the customer service was absolutely incredible, so it mad up for it. What do you like best? Users really liked how we were able to build out a custom app so everyone know where to go and what to do. What do you dislike? I wasn't able to remove the "My Schedule" option which was irrelevant for our event. The "Schedule" had all of the details needed. What do you like best? It was great having something attendees could use on site to interact with the conference and see all of the information that was available. What do you dislike? Nothing. CVENT- Crowd Compass review

What do you like best? Absolutely loved using the Crowd Compass! Its been so helpful for our conference and was a great way to get attendees engaged. I would definitely recommend this to others. What do you dislike? There wasn't a lot of things I didn't like about it. When using crowd compass we only ran into a few minor issues such as getting notifications to attendees to stop appearing in spam. This is minor but not really a big issue about crowd compass.
