Used for annual event for years and love it!
What do you like best? I love all the new features that get added every year. We are always trying to add new innovations to the app and get people excited and Crowd Compass understands that. What do you like best? Able to customize so many things - really helped the staff manage attendee questions by referring them to their app. Schedule was most useful, and layout of rooms since we were in a multi-floor meeting space. It's a reliable functional app that has worked great for our conf.
What do you like best? The look and feel. The 24/7 support when building it. What do you dislike? Wish it was more intuitive and flexible with what we can build into it. What do you like best? It gets the job done, meets most of my needs for the event and runs very smoothly. Updates are automatic. CS is prompt at answering. What do you dislike? Not intuitive at all.
