Easy to use

What do you like best? The app is really user friendly to both the event coordinator and the attendees. What do you dislike? I wish there was a larger file upload limit (right now it's capped at 10 MB per file) Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it out and see how you like it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our conference has become more streamlined and easier for attendees to manage their sessions.

Easy to use, good project team

What do you like best? Setup is generally straightforward. Mainly, the team who helped with implementation was great. Attendees really enjoyed the interactive nature of the app, and the challenges were a fun way to add in some light-hearted competition. A solid and user friendly event app platform

What do you like best? Easy to use, instant updates fed from Cvent, and a nice look that all of our event attendees have enjoyed for the last few years of using this platform. CrowdCompass is great because it integrates directly with Cvent.

What do you like best? It is easy to use and has a simple platform. What do you dislike? The least helpful item is the reporting - it is does not allow customization. I also find that there are some changes that I like to make and I am unable to do it on the platform and have to call-in to make the changes. Great Addition to CVENT

What do you like best? The CrowCompass Team I work with is on it. The know what needs to be done and do a great job showing you how to execute all the steps in a timely fashion. What do you dislike? I am very Happy with the produc. What I would improve is working with Google and Apple to have your app on their platform. What problems are you solving with the product? Great integration with Cvent

What do you like best? That everything pulls from cvent so the information is up to date What do you dislike? The complicated process of creating page content. You have to create a page with the information, then link it under the icon What problems are you solving with the product? Easy way to make an app for your event

What do you like best? I was able to get into contact with Support if I had any questions - no matter the time of day! What do you dislike? Some of the bells and whistle features were not necessary. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to send push notifications to our large groups immediately. It has been very helpful!
