Tight integration with Cvent transfers event information automatically and streamlines the build process.

User Friendly for Planners and Attendees!
What do you like best? It is so user friendly! I am not incredibly techy, and I have no problem using CrowdCompass whatsoever. It has an organized user interface that makes it easy to make the app your own. I have worked with two sales reps who have been incredibly helpful as well. What do you dislike? While it is easy to use, it is somewhat limited in what you can edit. I have never had something I wanted to and couldn't edit, but there is some give and take there. What ...

Crowd Compass experience
What do you like best? I like the easy of the app and clear the icons are for specific training event. What do you dislike? I dislike the limited games and not being able to customize them for our specific event. My attendees would like to do participate in an activity that doesn't include taking pictures. Also, we were told that we couldn't change the point system from 1, 2 or 3. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No more ...

What do you like best? The ability to completely customize the app based on client needs. What do you dislike? The reporting features, and lack of different formats when receiving reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting rid of paper onsite at events, keeping attendees well informed, and we LOVE the Live Polling

Great with help from Customer Service
What do you like best? I love the customization of the app. The customer service team is always so helpful in figuring out solutions for what I am looking for. What do you dislike? Reporting was not always intuitive or available - I had to go through customer service and have them send me reporting needs onsite Recommendations to others considering the product: Make friends with your assigned project manager and call the customer support - they are so so helpful What ...

Great mobile app!
What do you like best? CrowdCompass is easy to navigate and functional. It can be branded in a number of ways to reflect an events look & feel, and is great for any type of event - incentive, user conference, SKO etc. What do you dislike? Certain processes are pretty manual for updating things on the back end/the admin side could be a bit more user friendly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Attendees found it easy to network ...

Rough start but with potential
What do you like best? The UI of the app is quite good. Can customize with branding and features specific to your events. What do you dislike? Feature gap between CC & Cvent registration system, specially in the agenda builder. Fields are not mapped, no wait list feature in CC. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get premium app build unless you are using it as standalone What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

User friendly for both the planner and attendee!
What do you like best? The easy to use platform in creating and updating event and integration with Cvent event management and OnArrival. What do you dislike? The tags.. I'd like when I copy over events to also copy over the tags associated with pages that are always the same (ie: FAQ's) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Attendee login and adoption rate in has increased dramatically with CrowdCompass. Data is now being ...

moderate user - easy to use
What do you like best? CC is helpful in keeping everyone up to date. I like that we can blast out last minute announcements. It is also a great way to cut down on the printing for each conference and help us be more sustainable. What do you dislike? Not much - probably a pain point would be having to get it approved to be on our Firm issued devices. Although, once approved it is easier to get the buy in from our business units What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Relevant and easy to use
What do you like best? CrowdCompass is an outstanding app both from the developers (planner) and the attendees side of things. The many ways to customize, make unique and fun to use makes Crowdcompass a perfect app. What do you dislike? There are MANYx100 steps to ensure that this app works and requires at a minimum 6 weeks to make this app work The long lead time is primarily because the app has a LOT of security. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...
