What do you like best? We have eliminated paper agendas. Also love the push notifications so we can communicate with our attendees. What do you dislike? Sometimes if our agenda changes during the event, the session cannot be deleted and I have to call support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Providing an app for our events has been very beneficial in assisting our other divisions and marketing in getting our attendees more engaged in what AMA offers, it also helps reduce paper waste by loading all documents in the app. The live technology is amazing, whenever you need a quick change you can use the push notifications. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to integrate with Cvent and my registration sites What do you dislike? I don't like that you can't delete Sessions in CC easily. You have to export then delete What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has been incredibly user friendly for my attendees to my events. It is easy to use and very easy to customize for my brand

User Friendly for Planners and Attendees!

What do you like best? It is so user friendly! I am not incredibly techy, and I have no problem using CrowdCompass whatsoever. It has an organized user interface that makes it easy to make the app your own. I have worked with two sales reps who have been incredibly helpful as well. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The attendee experience in terms of ease in navigating the meeting (floor-maps, schedule, last minute changes, push-notifications). What do you dislike? Teaching attendee's how to utilize all of the features What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
