Easy app deployments for your events by Cvent
What do you like best? That it's all integrated together with each Cvent event What do you dislike? We wish there was a more customized approach for the app itself. Our design team is pretty picky What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed an app that could be password protected and CrowdCompass was able to offer a possible solution there

Active Attendee Engagement and Environmentally Friendly
What do you like best? I love that it rises the interest of the event. Many of the people who come to our events are there because their district needs them to be training and they are teachers who are taking time out of their summer. This adds a little fun into the mix. We are also using WAY less paper using the app than we ever have at our events. No more printing schedules, exhibitor information, welcome letters, or stuffing folders. It's ALL in the app! What do you dislike? ...

Crowd Compass
What do you like best? We loved having the ability to have our customers have the schedule on their phone and to make live updates and send out text notifications. What do you dislike? There wasn't anything we didn't like. We would like to use more of the features and maybe have a rep that could help us do so. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? schedule updates, surveys

Great App!
What do you like best? The mobile app which we have been using for about 3 years now and will continue to use. What do you dislike? Nothing really- all the features have been very helpful! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are connecting attendees and getting them updated information very quickly.

Much easier than other event apps I've used
What do you like best? To me, the setup and branding of the event was great. It was pretty effortless. I also really appreciate the existence of a corresponding webpage that comes included right from the start. We work in an industry that has very tight security requirements so sometimes our attendees can't download apps on to their phone. What do you dislike? I wasn't on the implementation side of things so I don't know that I have a great deal of insight on that. However, I think ...

Good addition to use alongside CVENT
What do you like best? I think it was best for its aesthetic appeal. Made the event feel fancier, but wasn't a necessity What do you dislike? It was a bit complicated to use. And felt a little unnecessary Recommendations to others considering the product: Really evaluate whether the benefits outweigh the cost before using it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It definitely assisted CVENT in solving our organisational ...

Great event experience
What do you like best? CrowdCompass is a really easy way to create a somewhat customized app, It gives companies a very easy way to communicated with clients onsite, while not having to build their own app, or pay for the cost of a unique event app. What do you dislike? If you're trying to truly create a white-labeled customized app with more specific capabilities, this isn't the app for you. You are not able to copy and paste information, which can make set-up a little more ...

Great App Software
What do you like best? Crowd Compass is fairly easy to use - the graphics cheat sheets are helpful and they let you know exactly what needs to be complete prior to submission to the app store. They also have a service to assist with this submission process, which can be cumbersome. You are able to create your own icons if need be. There are also a lot of fun features such as games, social walls, etc. What do you dislike? I don't like that you can't limit which attendees show up on ...

CrowdCompass
What do you like best? CrowdCompass is incredibly easy to use and fits a great need for events. We have several clients that are looking for a simple app for check-in. User experience is incredibly important to our clients and CrowdCompass is perfect for exactly that. What do you dislike? Similar to a lot of Cvent products, I feel like they were rushed out so there are still just some small glitches in the use of the app. When at Cvent Connect, I had trouble with my appointments ...
