What do you like best? The customer service is wonderful to work with. Being a 3rd party partner (my client has a contract with Cvent) the set up was seamless! What do you dislike? the OID and API token were difficult to find in the interface. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A neat and seamless meeting platform that provides all necessary iinformatiton to attendees.

What do you like best? CrowdCompass is one of the most simple and effective apps for conferences. We held a conference of nearly 300 attendees over a course of 3 days. We are now green!

What do you like best? We have been able to have the mobile app for all of our attending, which has helped us to be "green" and go paperless. What do you dislike? Once the attendee leaves the event, they often do not go back to the app. So any post surveys should be done prior to them leaving. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Any hiccup that came up, their support team was there to help us out.

The only thing I dislike is not on the app side, but on the customer service side.
