I have had an easy, accessible experience!
What do you like best? My favorite part of using crowd compass has been how accessible it has been to use. I am not a "tech person", and so far I have had minimal trouble using it! Additionally, people are really easy to reach when I have a quick question. What do you dislike? It took me a while to get in the system (granted, a colleague of mine needed to add me as an admin). In the future, I would prefer to have my crowd compass point of contact allow access to my account as ...

Helpful tool for our events
What do you like best? I like the event app and all it's features. It categorizes all the info for attendees and we can upload all the documents and presentations in one place. I find it user-friendly. What do you dislike? The event apps are not as intuitive for everyone. Attendees will register with emails they don't have access to while at the event and it causes confusion and extra troubleshooting for the administrators. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

The best customer service ever!
What do you like best? I love the customer service!! I also love how they walk you through each step of starting up your app and making sure that you have everything that you need in order to get your app finalized. What do you dislike? We had some issues with getting our map set up in the app, but the customer service was absolutely incredible, so it mad up for it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you know the ins and the outs of the app BEFORE ...

Great app that is easy to setup and manage
What do you like best? The best thing about the app is the easy tie-in to Cvent for pulling session, attendee, and other data. After it is set up, the app is pretty much hands off. It is also easy to use for both the app manager, but also the attendees. Since we have started using the app, we get far fewer questions at our registration table. What do you dislike? Right now my biggest dislike is on the Cvent side, because when I import my sessions, it won't let me choose to allow ...

Overall, we love the CrowdCompass app and so do our attendees.
What do you like best? Since we can include just about every detail of our event on the mobile app, we were able to do away with printed materials this year, saving us money on printing, supplies and shipping! What do you dislike? We had a few issues with the game on the app this year. There was 1 point criteria that no one, including myself could figure out how to get. Also, for some reason, we had issues with the schedule not showing what the addresses of our venues were. We ...

Very helpful, multi-functional app
What do you like best? The most helpful feature of CrowdCompass was being able to send out push notifications to attendees when there were schedule changes. What do you dislike? I disliked not being able to change content on the back end directly from my phone. It was slightly annoying having to run back to my computer throughout the event when something changed in the schedule. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving ...

My experience with Crowd Compass
What do you like best? The platform is full of helpful templates. You can copy a previous event and then you don't have to start from scratch with your next event. I also like how the team calls you up prior to your event and gets you started on the right track. They set a timeline for you and it is very helpful for organization of the time leading up to your event. What do you dislike? In the old app platform we used, there was a game that was a part of the main newsfeed. ...

Perfect Tool for Companies Also Using Cvent
What do you like best? Being able to keep our attendees up to date on what is going on with an event. What do you dislike? Some features work inconsistently from event to event What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to pull attendees in straight from Cvent has really saved a lot of time and allowed us to connect with attendees from another direction.

Crowdcompass Mobile App
What do you like best? I love the ease of managing and creating what o need. I also love that it connects to my registration site. What do you dislike? That I do not have very broad design ability and the fact they do not have some kind of seat assignment feature for events! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the communication problem on site and making updates to schedule while being able to notify attendees immediately.
