What do you like best about Crossbeam? Easy to map accounts to identify mutual customers, upsell opportunities and joint pursuits to collaborate on. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? Recent changes to pricing and features are clunky and cumbersome, forces us to implement workarounds that are annoying and slowing our usage. What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you? Crossbeam makes it easy for us to identify accounts to collaborate on with our partners.

What do you like best about Crossbeam? The UI is great, it's easy to add new partners to the account, and you can share different amounts of information on a case by case basis. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? A clearer way to see what CRM integrations are live.
