"Easy and efficient account mapping"

What do you like best about Crossbeam? The UI is great, it's easy to add new partners to the account, and you can share different amounts of information on a case by case basis. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? A clearer way to see what CRM integrations are live. And the fact that there's no pipedrive integration What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you? Account mapping - allows me to work with partners on deals without the admin

"Must have for partner teams"

What do you like best about Crossbeam? Easy to map accounts to identify mutual customers, upsell opportunities and joint pursuits to collaborate on. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? Recent changes to pricing and features are clunky and cumbersome, forces us to implement workarounds that are annoying and slowing our usage. What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you? Crossbeam makes it easy for us to identify accounts to collaborate on with our partners.

What do you like best about Crossbeam? Crossbeam makes is very easy to know who my partners customers are and how who owns each account. What do you like best about Crossbeam? Before Crossbeam, our teams were doing account mapping exercises through spreadsheets, which was a very manual process. Connecting to our Salesforce instance and automatically mapping across our customers and prospects saves an enormous amount of time. What do you like best about Crossbeam? Love the account mapping functionality and reporting. Makes it so easy to run a quick evaluation against the partnership opportunities. "Must have solution for Sales Reps & Partnership Managers"

What do you like best about Crossbeam? I love the seamless data migration (we used Hubspot). My personal favorite is the reporting tool which makes lead-sharing easy and fun. Customer success reps are also amazing!! What do you dislike about Crossbeam? Sometimes reporting tool shows no overlaps due to wrong data formatting when using CSV or customized pipelines on CRMs. What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?
