What do you like best about Crossbeam? I appreciate Crossbeam's ease of access & UI which is clean and uncluttered. It's one of the best ways to share partner data, without compliance issues or sharing too much. What do you like best about Crossbeam? I like how easy it is to connect with partners on the platform. You can identify your prospects that are your partners customers (& vice versa) to identify potential referrals. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? Uploading to Salesforce was confusing. Also, your CRM must be up to date so it is not pulling old customers. I also wish the list it generates would hyperlink the customer & the link goes back to their account in your CRM. We heard about Crossbeam from one of our current partners, and they recommended it to us as a quick and easy way to map joint customers and opportunities without needing to do any manual mapping.
