What do you like best about Crossbeam? Crossbeam is an indispensable tool for our partnership teams. It is powerful, trusted, easy to use, and continues to improve. CS team service is outstanding. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? Very little. With improvements, come some unexpected UI changes, but overall it is intuitive enough to figure out, and their service and support are excellent. "Having Crossbeam is a no brainer!"
What do you like best about Crossbeam? It is so easy to use! I can see customer/prospect cross over instantly. I love that I get a notification when a partner has turned a prospect into a client. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? Some of our partners use CRMs that are not compatible e.g. Zoho. What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Crossbeam not only with existing partners but also to encourage new partners to come onto our Marketplace.

"Revolutionised the way map referrals with partners"
What do you like best about Crossbeam? Overlap matrix of Hubspot stages to work out mutual opportunities What do you dislike about Crossbeam? It's sometimes tricky to navigate / onboard new partners who have never used it before. Also I WISH it had whitespace sharing. What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you? Account mapping is usually a long and arduous process involving spreadsheets. Crossbeam removes that entirely, by syncing with my CRM.

"No more more spreadsheets to collaborate !"
What do you like best about Crossbeam? The simplicity of connecting with a partner. The clean user interface fosters collaboration. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? A whitespace feature would be nice to have. What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you? Solves a security issue of emailing spreadsheets around of my accounts and prospects. Also Makes partnership goal planning a sinch since we can easily see overlapping accounts.

"Amazing Resource for Strategic Alliances"
What do you like best about Crossbeam? Setup is simple and efficient, and the existing user base makes it easy to quickly find value in the tool. Connecting with partners and pulling reports on customers, open opps, and prospect that overlap make account mapping a much more efficient task. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? I would prefer more features to control the data being tracked. For example, if sensitive accounts are not yet sharable with partners, it would be much more efficient ...

Instead of manually updating spreadsheets, Crossbeam stays consistently updated via the Salesforce integration to pull the most accurate information possible, saving everyone time. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? The downside of Crossbeam is that not all of your partners will be on Crossbeam. This means that instead of relying on one system (Crossbeam), you'll still ...

"One of those products that you see insane value with in 30 seconds"
What do you like best about Crossbeam? It's super easy to get up and running, and because a partner invited me, I had value out of it within seconds of signing up and connecting Hubspot. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? The only major downside is that some partners have internal procurement processes and are not able to use it right away. This means that for SOME partners, we use Crossbeam, and for some others, we need to do things the old fashioned way. What problems is Crossbeam ...
