What do you like best about Crossbeam? The fact that both partners can see the list of common customer and open opportunities to work on them and strenghten the relationship. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? The fact that is not 100% up to date. Sometimes the information on the board is not like the one in real time. What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us save time at the moment of driving business with the partner.

What do you like best about Crossbeam? I like how easy it is to onboard at Crossbeam and how much they improved their product and contents to make the insights we get from the tool actionable (the overlap matrix now offers suggestions of what to do with partners). What do you dislike about Crossbeam? The Google Sheets integration is shaky at its best, and they don't integrate with all CRMs that we use. What do you like best about Crossbeam? Easy to use once you are up and running and helps quickly identify prospects. What do you dislike about Crossbeam? Initially, you need to learn how to use the system as it is not as inituitive as it might otherwise be. What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you? Crossbeam helps me easily identify potential business and leads to better conversations. Makes my job easier and my time is used more effectively.
