"Amazing experience, better than Intercom and Hubspot combined"

What do you like best about Crisp? I love how we have the CRM, response system, and email campaigns are all in one. Crisp makes it very easy to have targeted campaigns and very quick turnaround times to respond to our customers. A very powerful tool which without, we'd be in the dark for the majority of our customer's feedback. The FAQ page is also very helpful and easy to use. We use it in place of Hubspot and Intercom thanks to the service it provides and the price point. What do you ...

"Must have when you launch a new product"

What do you like best about Crisp? Really easy to use, and the "magic browse" that allows to see what user sees live is really helpfull when we launched a new product. We were able to do customer success and correct bugs in a really short time What do you dislike about Crisp? Maybe some setting menus are too complicated. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer success, marketing conversion and debug.

Incomplete software. It simply cannot compete with its competitors. They make a lot of promises about improvements that they never follow up on.Such as: They do not have a built-in feature to send an "Out of office" message every time. They charged my card twice and as soon as I asked for a refund they stopped responding to my email What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? Removing crisp, going to go with another service
