"Crisp"
What do you like best about Crisp? Crisp makes it very easy to connect with customers and provide feedback when needed in an easy to use, well designed live chat format. What do you dislike about Crisp? It would be nice if the unlimited package wasn't such a big jump in price from the pro. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been able to automate the FAQ section of the website which has been a huge resource in productivity.

What do you like best about Crisp? It's extremely easy for customers to use and extremely easy to implement. If you know there is a particular page your customers often need help on you can input Crisp. Having that instant communication could prevent a customer from giving up and shopping elsewhere. It's a lightweight CRM, & support team messenger tool to handle all your client-facing communications, simply and easily.
