"A very good experience with this company!"

What do you like best? The onboarding. I told them which PSA we wanted to use for CrewHu and they actually helped do some custom coding that made it work automatically with our system. They always were up for a meeting to talk through things, and they were, most importantly to me, super positive and prompt in their communications to me. "Points and Prizes"

What do you like best about Crewhu? Besides the feedback from our clients, we give points to the Techs for every "Great" response. We also give each employee points to distribute to their co-workers for helping them out. Management gives points for special occasions (birthdays, work anniversaries, etc) and for special achievements (Above and Beyond, Great Idea, etc.). What do you like best about Crewhu? Process engages emplyees. Give us live data. What do you dislike about Crewhu? Nothing. The whole package is great. I would recommed to anyone in the MSP space interacting with clients. Recommendations to others considering Crewhu: Hands down, best product in this space. What do you like best about Crewhu? The empowerment this program gives my team is what I like best. They are building each other up, and the results are incredible! The ability to design this around my team, to make it unique to them and how they build each other up is the best feature for me. I would say that alone is a good reason to invest in this product.
