"Great rewards and recognition program."

What do you like best about Crewhu? Easy to use and set up. Straightforward analytics. Fast and easy to sort out teams. Great motivation for teams to improve customer service. The interface is simple and intuitive. What do you dislike about Crewhu? The scoring system needs to be expanded to five and not three. I do not like that the OK rating comes in as a negative. What do you like best about Crewhu? I like the simplicity of setting up the contests. It's fully customizable, but we have a great onboarding specialist that helped us get started with actionable, useful contests to help our team become more engaged. What do you dislike about Crewhu? There are definitely limitations. Many features are still in beta or are in the pipeline, but we'd like to see more functionality in the CW integration. What do you like best about Crewhu? It integrates with our PSA to send satisfaction surveys after each completed ticket. What do you like best about Crewhu? I like how simple it is for clients to send in their reviews on the work completed and how easily it is to track on the website. I also like the ability to earn points for having high review scores and get prizes, a social feed for coworkers, and a way for users to track their reviews. So they're not just for admins. What do you like best about Crewhu? CSAT is easy to automate and surveys come in quick. What do you dislike about Crewhu? Setting up the code and pictures could use a little work.
