What do you like best about Crewhu? Easy to use and set up. Straightforward analytics. Fast and easy to sort out teams. Great motivation for teams to improve customer service. The interface is simple and intuitive. What do you dislike about Crewhu? The scoring system needs to be expanded to five and not three. I do not like that the OK rating comes in as a negative.
