What do you like best about Crewhu? Crewhu has transformed our culture in a way that was very unexpected and wonderful. It also has allowed us to quickly step in if there is a customer disappointment. We use crewhu reports as one of our KPIs in the weekly meeting. What do you like best about Crewhu? The way that we can see the CSAT interactions are great because we can access specifically to the part that gave the agent the reason for the points.
