I love that you can create unique contests in CrewHu and essentially create games to incentivize your SDRs when they complete training, get high conversion rates, engage with prospects, get sales, connect with Right Party Contacts, and above all hit goals. "Game changer for our remote workforce!"

What do you like best about Crewhu? The ease of setting up CSAT surveys in our ticketing system and the value the badges and employee recognition brings to our almost 100% remote organization. What do you like best about Crewhu? Crewhu has transformed our culture in a way that was very unexpected and wonderful. It also has allowed us to quickly step in if there is a customer disappointment. We use crewhu reports as one of our KPIs in the weekly meeting. What do you like best about Crewhu? Easy to use and set up. Straightforward analytics. Fast and easy to sort out teams. Great motivation for teams to improve customer service. The interface is simple and intuitive. What do you dislike about Crewhu? The scoring system needs to be expanded to five and not three. I do not like that the OK rating comes in as a negative. What do you like best about Crewhu? The way that we can see the CSAT interactions are great because we can access specifically to the part that gave the agent the reason for the points.
