I have a lifetime account. It is good, and the price point was an enormous factor in my preference for Crello over Canva. That said, it is buggy and limited when compared to Canva. Your layers will disappear or not load, your exports will have quality/size issues, and the layer placement/object placement will make you sigh more than a few times. This is the worst program in the world..Stole money from the credit card, but I deleted the free subscription for 2 hours after download. They decided to steal the most expensive tariff. All year. Does not answer email. Dont download this app !!!!

Ok tool - be careful of the auto renew!

A good tool, similar to Canva but more more focused on animated designs. The templates are good but not enough and a bit limited after a short time. Had for a year and did not intend to renew - but it was auto renewed with no warning or email notifications - is this even allowed?

I tried the 14-day trial, they automatically billed me the pro-version, i didn't want it, sent a mail for refund. The refund isn't possible. This is just scamming people. And unlawfull in Belgium. You get 30-day refund on everything.
