I like crello template if compared to canva, but for the free version and user friendly I prefer canva.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I canceled immediately after being charged for the pro account. Any other company would gladly give the refund, but this company refuses. Also they copy and paste the same response over and over I have filed a case with PayPal and I will continue to post reviews alerting other consumers.

I guess canva is Better.

I guess canva is Better.Crello is simply canva but with another design. Canva was created before than Crello. Crello sometimes' buggy and it tooks too much to load an image. Another thing is that there are also an Pro version, the same as canva, but crello limits the downloads you can make, that differs from canva that it's unlimited.

Cuidado con este sitio web. Cuando te subscribes te aplica una tasa de IVA/VAT según la ubicación de tu ordenador y les dá lo mismo de esta ubicada tu empresa. Por ejemplo si estas trabajando desde España y tu empresa es Alemana te facturarán VAT español. Si contactas con soporte te dicen que no lo pueden ni quieren cambiar y te facturan de forma incorrecta y pagando un VAT que no corresponde.
