What do you like best? We love a lot of CIQ features, but we specifically geek out about the Campaign abilities. We love that we can edit value metrics on the backend to properly calculate metrics like Media Value and Impressions, and the client-facing features like Content Approvals and Reporting. What do you like best? "It's like shopping for influencers. So easy!" (some feedback from our team). What do you like best? Before CreatorIQ, I was using Microsoft excel and my email to manage and connect with influencers. It was time consuming and hard to keep track of. The management of that alone didn't allow time for strategic planning. What do you like best? Working with Wil, Rita and Gary has been a pleasure. Having human contact points to get everything dialed in and set up has been a huge help. The ability to collect metrics from social that previously were near impossible or took dozens of man hours is now so seamless. What do you dislike?
