Prior to using CIQ, our team would manually calculate our social campaign KPIs based on industry suggested multipliers and calculations (which are ever-changing and EXTREMELY time consuming). What do you like best? I love the thought that has been put into the software and then client success teams are top notch. What do you dislike? Some of the user experience around creating one-sheets could be more intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great solution. Great team.
