"Great for newsletters, but the customisation is a little awkward at times."
What do you like best about CreateSend? The analytics you can get on when you have sent a newsletter is fantastic - especially the real-time map that shows approximate locations of recipients based on IP address. It helps us understand which customers, and where, are reading the content we send and allows us to tailor future messages as a result. The editor is also pretty intuitive and makes building emails simple with the drag-and-drop style interface. It is also possible to add your own ...
