Easy to Use

What do you like best? The interface is simple and easy to navigate. Exporting to an image or PDF file is seamless. Progress is saved as you go so no worries about losing lots of edits if your browser crashes. Everything can be done within the browser, no software to install. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We love using creately to draw out workflows, processes, etc. Its so easy to use that anyone on our team can jump on and add to what we're developing. What do you like best? What we like best about Creately is the overall aesthetic look to the org chart we created for our company. Great interface, easy to use, good looking diagrams and flowcharts

What do you like best? The ease of use is certainly my favorite feature. Its very straightforward for anyone to pick up and start using, and the flowcharts also look good. What do you dislike? I do wish that the free account would allow for more diagrams to be created. I understand the need for monetization, but perhaps there can also be an ad-supported version of the website, that still allows for clean diagrams without watermarks, but at the same time offers more than 5 diagrams. Creatly planning tool

What do you like best? Creatly is a good tool, easy to use and frendly user. I think it are working hard to develop it to better standars. What do you dislike? The visual is still basic, inclusive has old look. Changes are not easy to do specially with conectors. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Are good to show company organigramas or web site maps, but shows still basic.

Very useful and information

What do you like best? The sample templates deserve a 10 Star. Pretty simple to work on!!!! What do you dislike? The only thing disturbing is alignments. I would appreciate much better if there is a text to flow feature implemented. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing business processes through flow charts, support or product workflow, sales pipeline and many others.

What do you like best? I like that fact that I can draw UML diagrams, network diagrams with clarity thanks to Creately. What do you dislike? I do not like Creately being really slow and glitchy. There is a lot to be improved in terms of user experience. I often myself losing the file I have been working on for some time, as Creately cannot automatically save the files at times. I found creately to be very useful in creating unique graphics for presentations.

What do you like best? The flexibility to create your own design without having to rely on templates that don't quite work as with some other products. What do you dislike? It can take some time to figure out what kind of template to use if you wish to use a template.
