What do you like best? I created network plan on this tool and it was a great experience to use such an amazing tool. Thanks What do you dislike? The arrow while creating network plan the line doesn’t have flexibility. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Its just awesome, it allows to create as many as you want on a single file.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I use Creately to create flowcharts of our business processes. It is pretty awesome and really helpful. Its ease of use and the availability of thousands of inbuilt templates make it possible to complete a project faster. The ability to order items in the chart is pretty useful. Very Useful Tool

What do you like best? I like the ease of use, particularly with creating flow charts. What do you dislike? There are a couple things that would make it much easier - the ability to change the entire page's font, size or color, the ability to move/cut more than 1 item at a time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is now the go-to tool for me to upkeep our company's' Organizational Charts. It has been a huge help to me.

Pleasant UI Mocking Experience

What do you like best? I have found the UI mocking tools to be the most useful for my daily work. The flow chart diagram tools and other UML diagraming tools are also essential tools for my work. What do you dislike? Connecting lines between UML shapes (to show relationships between database table for instance) can be a bit fiddly, but I think they may have resolved that with the updated web app. I wasn't too happy that there was a dependency on Flash, but again, that has been resolved ...
