Best heatmap software ever
What do you like best? Crazy egg is incredible for showing the heatmaps and for understanding the behavior of the clients. What do you dislike? The limits of snapshots, but it's understandable, as the snapshots must have a limit. Recommendations to others considering the product: Check them on a regular basis, and install them on as many websites as possible. Don't be afraid of A/B What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can ...

I use Crazy Egg to see what people are doing on specific pages of our website.
What do you like best? The thing i like best about Crazy Egg is that it breaks everything down for you. Such as different maps for tablets, mobile, or desktop. It also breaks up the recordings by page and shows you a heat map and a scroll map at the same time for easy interpretation. What do you dislike? The scroll map is kind of confusing. It would make more sense to show how far down people scrolled like Hot Jar does 50% of your visitors made it here etc. It would be nice to have ...

In Depth way to see how people engage with your site
What do you like best? Easy to use interface that allows succinct videos watching users interact with your website. It allows autoplay, so you can just sit back and gauge what gets the most clicks and how people's typical user experience flows. What do you dislike? There are limits on how much storage you can have on your account depending on the plan you have. As an early stage start-up this can be difficult since we don't have a lot of capital to spend right now despite this ...

An important tool that lets you know how users are currently interacting with the site you've made.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A tool that showcases a number of things on a site. It gives a clear view of a site's confetti, scrollmap, heatmap, and everything else. What more could anyone else want with this? Ideal for A/B testing or to simply acquire insight on a site and its online visitors. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I was hoping they'd have additional options in their pricing. Or maybe they should offer "custom-based" options ...

I haven't dug too deep into it but it doesn't seem overly complicated What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None - it helps with cta placement and wording a lot

Great product which is continuously improving
What do you like best? The heatmaps listview which can breakdown and show the elements clicked is a cut above the rest, the recordings are especially vital as well. What do you dislike? I would have preferred to manage and create recordings the way we manage snapshots. The loading times between pages can often be too long but not always. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you looking for a tool that provides heatmap, recordings and A/B testing then ...

One of the best of its kind
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It tracks behavior instead of just the general activities on the site. It provides heat maps for your visitors, number of clicks on what links, the pages visited and the scrolling details. You get everything you need to know to improve your site and let it be customer-centered for better results. It also integrates well with Optimizly, which is an A/B testing tool, and thus adds to its efficiency. Since it is mobile friendly, you ...

Great mapping tool to guide UX design
What do you like best? Quick and easy way to assess the site's activity based on user interaction, which helps to guide UX design decisions. What do you dislike? Cost of the enterprise version, even it's a little cheaper than the competitor. Scrollmaps colour coding is a little confusing. When Performing a google search on your product, we see Hotjar as the first result. Recommendations to others considering the product: Crazy is a far more comprehensive product ...

Crazy Egg Bridges the Gap for Managers and Analysts
What do you like best? Confetti and Heat maps allow managers to quickly focus on issues that would otherwise be harder to translate for data analysts wanting to communicate usability issues up the chain. The recent additional of A/B and multivariate testing, along with session replay, has really brought the product and platform up to a new level. If their road map continues along this path, Crazy Egg is headed in a great direction for its users. What do you dislike? There could be ...
