PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how this has made rent payments so easy to do. The whole process is so much quicker now, especially compared to when I had to mail checks to landlords. Even better, it also helps me out when I want to make deductions, since it allows for adjustments in case I made some improvements on the property or paid for nontransferable utilities.
