What do you like best about Coupa? Easy to navigate and to use, also the API options to integration with other systems. Easy implementation process with support of the implementation team. What do you like best about Coupa? Lack of hands-on processing for invoicing, expense reports and approvals. I love that it has opened up my schedule to be more analytical in the expenses rather than processing and data entering. What do you dislike about Coupa? I don't like that when we dispute an invoice it doesn't go back to the supplier. Instead we have to dispute it AND void it for the supplier to be notified that we aren't processing the invoice. I'm not sure why this is required but ...

"Best P2P on the market. However, lacks visualization"

What do you like best about Coupa? Coupa is highly customizable in terms of approvals, system configurations available for admins. Probably it's the best P2P on the market. "Overpriced, cumbersome, extra work, it adds no value"

What do you like best about Coupa? It integrates with intacct, aside from that cant add anything. What do you dislike about Coupa? Transformate process is cumbersome, incredibly time consuming process. The travel platform gets bypassed more than its used becuase users always seem to find lower rates by booking themselves. The system overall creates more work for our AP team. What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you? It is creating more problems than it is solving.

What do you like best about Coupa? We had a great implementation experience with our partner. The system allows flexible approvals and integrates with NetSuite with ease. "Coupa has positives and negatives, but has generally cut down on the handling and storage of paper."

What do you like best about Coupa? I use Coupa daily, and it's been fairly simple to roll out to all our users and purchasers. It was a hurdle for some less computer literate users, but we found ways around this. It has greatly improved efficiency, with less double handling of items. The storage of invoice and receipt images embedded in the program means we don't have to store them elsewhere, and they're always available to review right on the screen. What do you like best about Coupa? I like the automation. Sending daily notification to managers to approve invoices and Purchase Requistion. Allowing the purchase requestors to view their orders, invoices and payment status without them having to reach out to accounting for the updates.
