It’s basically a charge card
It’s basically a charge card. We can only get one card for a business with 2 directors and can’t manually set up a direct debit. We are trying to move but struggling due to vivid.

A lot of charges!
its easy and quick to use but there are so many additional charges even taking cash out of a FREE CASH machine, this company charges you! Let's not start talking about the customer service.

As a standard bank it works
As a standard bank it works, quick payments in and out, but anything other then paying money in/out is quite poor, can’t have second cards for other staff, this bank is really for sole traders or very small businesses

Very easy to set up but app could be improved
Very easy to set up and get going, although not being able to bank on a desktop can be annoying. Writing out invoices on a phone is fiddly! This is on their 'to do ' list, so hopefully will be solved in the future.

well ive not got my card or used the…
well ive not got my card or used the sevice yet but id definitely recommend these for ease of use and for set up simplicity. this was daunting for me but this was so easy to set up u cant believe it.

Complete waste of time.
Complete waste of time.They contact you for the most basic of account request all your personal information and then decline your application.This has happened to four people I know of you would ask why well the reason is to pass your information on to other agencies to use for I am sure practices like junk mail and profiling.If you question this practice "well you clicked the terms and conditions" I strong suggest staying away from this company and finding a more trust worthy company

I’m concerned
I’m concerned, I don’t remember telling any companies I was looking for a business account. I only registered my company two days ago and CountingUp send me a promo letter today. How is that possible?! Are they affiliated with Companies House?
