I rate this company very well to highest standards They really make me feel confident as a business and trading with the simple use of app to transfer and adding payess The one things i love the most is custermer service they dealt with all my issues promptly I am very glad they contacted me and i opened an account in these times

CU used to be really good... not anymore though
CU was really good when my Ltd startup used it as a bank and accounting system, a year ago. Unfortunately the service is no longer as good which I presume is due to them having more clients than they can manage? Because it is a prepaid debit card, which I wasn’t aware of when I joined, many institutions will not accept it so I find myself having to pay many company expenses from my personal account and then claim back from the business which just incurs double the accounting work and ...

2 years in and still very happy
I signed up just over 2 years ago as my business was starting up, mainly because of the quick sign-up process. I have to say it was the best decision I could've made at the start-up phase and I'd happily recommend Countingup to anyone who is starting out and looking at banking options. The app is fantastic and the products on offer are great for any small business. I've been using Counting Up for about a year now and it's brilliant. The linking between accounting and banking is fantastic and makes running my business accounting simple.The interface is clear and really easy to get your head around.
