This is a fantastic business banking account.It has many categories to make accounting very straight forward, the fees are low and the customer service team are responsive I would recommend counting up to anyone starting a new business

Easy to set up and the app is great. Setting up a business for the first time is daunting enough but the accountancy and tax tools on here make it less so!!

Very basic and doesn't meet my needs unfortunately
Unfortunately, this bank doesn't connect to my accounting software - Quickbooks, which is a problem given I have a business bank account with them, so I'm having to change my bank at the moment.Also, there's no overdraft facility, or any form of support during the pandemic. It's just a place where you deposit money and take it out from.Very responsive customer service is a positive.

No assistance from the Support Team
I used Counting Up for about two years. All went smoothly until I decided to close my account. When I needed technical assistance to transfer my balance, their Support Team was not helpful and my emails were ignored for several days. I felt very frustrated, especially because there is no phone number to contact them, just an email address, and if they do not get back to you, you are powerless.In the end, I managed to fix the problem myself and closed my account. Simple straightforward app - good business bank account
Simple straightforward app. Good notifications for money going in or out. Pricing a little confusing - as I went from paying no fees for many months to paying 2 lots of monthly fees. Generally a very good business bank account.

Rates & Cardholders
There is no support for multiple cardholders. If you have one good month the rate increase stays indefinitely. It's deemed a "prepaid" card so a number of organisations won't take payment

I've been using Counting up bank for two years
I've been using Counting up bank for two years now and I've had no problems with the internet banking. The transactions always go through immediately and the account was easy to set up and is cheaper than the big banks
