Customer services are very prompt and resolve issues quickly
Customer services are very prompt and all replies have been useful. I find the app very easy to use but there were a few things I struggled to find and also had some issues at the beginning with transactions, which were quickly resolved with advice from the customer service email address. This is the first time I have used a business banking app and so far very impressed.
