A bank account that understands small business
I've been using the app since the beginning it's never been down or let me down.Really intuitive to use and keeps a tab on my outgoings for the numbers.I've reccomend others to use it as it's such a simple quick process to open an account.Why would any small business use a cumbersome high street bank I'll never know.

Had a small issue as a new customer with paying cash didn’t realise it would be cleared immediately. Problem was taken care of very quickly without waiting for someone to get back to me.

Very disappointed using their bank…
Very disappointed using their bank services! They locked my account with no reason then told me I’ll get my funds in a different account in up to 30 days and after 30 days nothing happened. When I asked again they told me there’s a delay in the process.

4 months into using the app and I am really happy with my experience so far, the few odd queries I have had have been answered in a timely manner. Does exactly what it says. The support site has lots of information that is worth looking at too.
