absolute crap when you need them
absolute crap when you need themI have been a customer for a while and was just starting to get to point ineeded the business bank account i had set up.of course had issues as i had forgot my passcode for the app.THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT. I EVEN SENT THEM A TWEET NO RESPONSE...so if you need a bank that gives a damn dont go near these......Cant even close my account, in fact im thinking about GDPR compliance as they cannot be arsed to reply to any emails ive sent over 4-5 weeks ...

Easy to use
Easy to use, quick transfers, can see invoices in/out at a flick,only negative is can't pay in cheques yet which are rare these days anyway.

Please avoid at all costs
Please avoid at all costs. The customer service is a robot and you don’t get a response for days. There is no phone number and no accountability for poor customer service. I will be changing banks as soon as possible. Avoid avoid avoid.
