Very bad experience, tried to set up an account after Ad mail posted Every week to my house, then I got rejected to open an account for a newly setup business! So very lucky , and suggest if you buy supplies from overseas avoid this account as they don't garantee the shop and won't pay you back if you had issues with your suppliers, All Banks do.gappy got HSBC Now.

This so called bank is absolutely useless, they blocked me from accessing my money from the 10th of December 2019 till date. When I really need the business banking for the Christmas season, with lots customers to serve and wine distributors to pay and other direct debts to pay. They held onto my money and I couldn’t do anything or access any funds 15 days to Christmas and I’m in the drinks business, a 10 months ago business just almost crippled by this singular action of theirs. They Report You for telling Truth about them!This isn't a banking service but rather one men run internet scam. I opened account for my business with them without looking at victims feedback in Facebook and Twitter. My account was suspended with less than a month and money held with no explanation, it took over 2 months to recover my money only when I threatened to walk into their office. Counting Up banking app has been amazing for me. I’m just finishing my first year of business and it’s been so easy with Counting Up. Transactions are easy, payments are easy and I’m looking forward to using all the new features.

Really like the app and service so far…

Really like the app and service so far and has been great for uploading receipts etc on expenses. Only drawback was that I on my first invoice as a Ltd company, my client called to check it was the right account, as her bank wouldn't put the payment through without a security check because counting up is a "bank" often used by fraudsters!!! Security confirmed, but I really don't want to have to do that with EVERY client........ May also damage CU reputation too.

Wow, super easy to set up

Wow, I'm impressed!! I applied for a company bank account online, and after completing the validation process, the account was set up. I experienced no difficulties, this was amazingly easy compared to another one I tried to open. I am waiting for my Mastercard to arrive before I can use the bank account to pay money in/out, however the app does let you generate invoices and add contacts etc, so this will save time once the card arrives. Excellent and hassle free, SUPERB.
