A solid banking app
A solid banking app, I've been using Countingup since I started my small business over a year ago and there's been no hitches. Simple system, you get started quickly and it has what I believe to be reasonable fees. The app is good, intuitive interface with some decent accounting functions to help you on your way. I can't say I've tried any alternatives but I don't need to, does what it says on the tin and does it well. Would recommend.

I find the app is really easy to use and updates are quick. Its a very convienient way to bank and provides easy accounting tools too.

Been with Counting up for just over a year now, Very impressed with ease of use and communication and help when requiredWas a little apprehensive at first with not using high street bank but it's worked out really well for me, so many thanks to Counting up for this

This company is impossible to contact…
This company is impossible to contact by telephone. They sent a letter to my address for a company which is using my address without my permission or knowledge. Therefore, I am unable to pursue the fake company. This in turn could have a personal impact on my address with CRA's. How can this company be allowed to do this!!!Being able to discuss this with them by telephone would be helpful.

Less thank one start. Absolutely scam artist. You cannot access your money in the app and you cannot contact anyone to do anything about it. Stay clear you've been warned
