A “Business Account” without your business name
Opened the account, received the card, and it just has my name and no mention of the business name.What is the point of a business account which doesn’t bear the name of the business?Account closed. I can do the same thing with the current account I’m using now at 90+% less cost.Plus they only have email support - no phone support at all, it’s not 24/7 - not even full office hours!If they offered somebody that I could talk to by phone in the first place I would not have wasted all this time ...

When HSBC failed to open me an account…
When HSBC failed to open me an account over a 9 week period I needed someone who was reliable and fast to send me details. This is when I found Countingup. Excellent app and very easy. Would recommend to everyone!!

Me and my business partner ave opened…
Me and my business partner ave opened this business account since Thursday the 25th of June and were given the bank details and told that the account is ready to go. We ordered all our invoices to be paid into this account. Unfortunately when we tried to make transfers to pay our staff through the app there was this msg saying we can't do transfers until we receive the bank card which will activate our bank account. Tomorrow is gonna be one week since we've opened this account and no Bank ...
