This review is probably more helpful than I thought it would be, to be honest. I say that because I wasn't sure if I would recommend them or not, which I now see means I wouldn't. They're not the worst company in the world, but you wouldn't base your reasons for marrying someone on them 'not being completely ugly'. It seems to me that the company have desires to become an end to end solution, rather than just the bank account, which I think is great. In the meantime though, it has got lots ...

Application Process not as straightforward as expected
I can't give a full review of the business and its ongoing banking services but my experience of the application process was that it is not as smooth and quick as marketed. Referral from an affiliate/business partner provides no better service and no assurance applications will be accepted. I imagine established companies switching accounts or adding an additional account ill find the process; there is a high risk start-ups will not be accepted.Communication is a little fractured: sometimes ...

Never heard of this bank before but…
Never heard of this bank before but decided to give it a go. All I can say that from start to finish the website and online service I have received has been fantastic and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend

Avoid, this is not really a bank. No customer service whatsoever. Staff are rude & lie. I have recently been scammed, I provided the evidence that to counting up that it has now come to light in the last week that I have been of a scammed However counting up have responded by stating I knew it was a scam before I made the payment!!! I had researched the company months ago when the purchase was made & it seemed legit. What sort of bank would suggest that I knowingly knew it was a scam yet ...
