PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Facility Management - Day to day services
What do you like best? PM accessibility keeps cost down, enables us to determine if repairing or purchasing is more cost effective. What do you dislike? Need more training on the software. Running reports or changing certain fields to fit our line of work - Fire Stations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to do a actual cost analysis and prepare future budgets.

What do you like best? Corrigo agreed to a call with their VP of engineering. On the call were several key people that helped us work through the issues and challenges as we see them. Amazing Customer Service
What do you like best? Quick response times to inquiries. Seamless capability and knowledge. Thoughtful and inquisitive responses to get the customer exactly what they need. This site is good to use for budgeting purposes and identifying where your having the most issues at your facility. What do you dislike? Nothing I can think of really. What do you like best? This CRM is made specifically for vendor management. What do you dislike? Would love more open fields to add organic info. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't do the intro courses. Instead ask for handouts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The invoicing and the reporting. I also like the ability to customize reports and invoices. Being able to adjust times and prices helps keep our tech's in the field and not on the laptop. What do you dislike? Slow to make changes to customize to customer request. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lake of cost tracking, lead time with service, late invoice payments.

What do you like best? Vendor accountability with check-in, technician accountability with GPS, and workflow eliminating me from the picture on a day to day basis. What do you dislike? Inability to separate Capital Equipment from repairs and thus the inability to plan for a CapEx budget easily. I also don't like how much time Corrigo wastes with poor communication.
